Returns & Refunds

SOMETIMES, YOU HAVE A CHANGE OF HEART OR THINGS JUST DIDN'T WORK OUT. WE GET IT. WE ACCEPT RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE AND YOU CAN RETURN YOUR PRODUCT FOR STORE CREDIT, A DIFFERENT PRODUCT, OR A REFUND TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS TO OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

• DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR FULL REFUND.

Order Tracking

Yeah so, sometimes the delivery services will mark a package as delivered before it's actually delivered. We really don't know why they do this. So, we recommend waiting 1-2 more days. If it really doesn't come, please reach out to us at help@littlebeast.co. We'll take care of ya. We usually will have to file claims with the delivery service and all that jazz.

Shipping Questions

Any order above $100 gets free shipping! However one exclusion - the carriers and tote bags. These cost a lot to ship so we ask to share the cost of shipping on these. Any order above $210 with a carrier, shipping will be free.

Standard Shipping costs $6 USD. If you need it fast, it costs $15 USD. International Shipping costs whatever UPS, Fedex or DHL charges based on where you live (includes Duties Taxes and Fees)

Once we receive your order it usually takes less than 24 hours to get it ready to ship out.

We ship to anywhere in the USA from our warehouse in NJ.

We can also ship internationally but it's kinda expensive!

We want to make buying your favorite Little Beast gear online fast and easy, and accept the following payment options: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, PayPal, Little Beast Gift Cards. All payment is collected via Shopify Payments.

Unfortunately, only one discount code can be applied at a time. For example, if there is a Black Friday sale going on, no other discount codes can be applied on top of the existing sale promotion.

Sorry, we can't do refunds on discounted items. You def can do exchanges if the sizing isn't working tho.
