Shipping

Where does Little Beast Ship?

We ship anywhere in the United States (includes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) and Canada. If you live somewhere else and you really like the products we carry, Email us at hello@littlebeastnyc.com to let us know where you are.

How much does shipping cost?

While we would love to offer free shipping for all our products, we’re just not at that level yet! We ship our products with the United States Postal Service and the costs are calculated based on weight and distance according to USPS rates. Our standard shipping for any order above $45 is free!

What's your return policy?

Sometimes, you have a change of heart or things just didn't work out. We get it. We accept returns within 15 days of purchase and you can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID
  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
  3. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided

When will I receive my order?

We offer three shipping options.

Expected delivery times are listed below:

  • USPS first class package option: 2-7 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: next business day (if placed by 3PM)
